Chef We Chef started with an obsession for one thing: bringing people together through unforgettable culinary experiences.
A French chef with an international upbringing, Philippe grew up between Brazil, Mexico, the United States and France, developing a multicultural perspective on food, hospitality and human connection from an early age. With family roots in the French Basque Country, he later owned a restaurant in Bayonne, strengthening his connection to a region renowned for its rich culinary traditions and generous sense of hospitality.
Chef Philippe built his craft through years in demanding fine dining kitchens, shaped by Michelin-level standards and a deep respect for technique. His journey also took him through independent restaurants and culinary education, enriching his approach to hospitality and sharing. His earlier path in music gave him that extra edge: instinct, creativity and a natural sense of show.
Chef We Chef was founded in Paris as a premium culinary adventure where you are never just a guest. It brings together French culinary excellence, authentic hospitality and a desire to create meaningful connections around the table.
