Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all Chef We Chef experiences, food tours, cooking classes, private events and purchases made through the Chef We Chef online store.
By booking an experience or placing an order through the Chef We Chef website, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Chef We Chef reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Bookings, Orders & Payment
All experiences and products are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.
Reservations and orders become confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Chef We Chef reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Confirmed purchases remain unaffected.
For international transactions, your bank may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rates beyond Chef We Chef's control.
3. Experience Modifications
Chef We Chef reserves the right to modify elements of an experience including: itinerary, tastings, menus, artisan partners, chefs or guides, venues, recipes, while maintaining an equivalent overall experience.
4. Minimum Number of Participants
Certain experiences require a minimum number of participants.
Should the required minimum not be reached, Chef We Chef reserves the right to:
• offer an alternative date
• offer an alternative experience
• issue a full refund
Guests will be informed as early as reasonably possible.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Public Experiences
More than 25 days before the experience:
Full refund,minus a 6% service and processing fee.
Between 25 and 10 days before the experience:
50% refund.
Less than 10 days before the experience:
Non-refundable.
No-shows are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
Private & Custom Experiences
More than 45 days before the experience:
Full refund,minus a 6% service and processing fee.
Between 45 and 20 days before the experience:
50% refund.
Less than 20 days before the experience:
Non-refundable.
Custom-designed experiences may be subject to planning and preparation fees.
As our experiences are intentionally kept small and spaces are limited, late cancellations can significantly affect availability and planning.
While we always try to help when possible, exceptions outside of this policy cannot be guaranteed and remain at Chef We Chef’s discretion.
We strongly recommend guests purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected events, travel disruptions or last-minute changes.
6. Online Store Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Products sold through the Chef We Chef online store, including apparel, aprons, accessories and merchandise, are produced on demand and made specifically for each order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind or personal preference.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information and order details before completing their purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Chef We Chef within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
We will review your request and gladly assist in finding an appropriate solution whenever possible.
Shipping and production times may vary depending on fulfillment schedules and destination.
7. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
At Chef We Chef, we always do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies and special requests whenever possible, and we genuinely encourage guests to reach out before booking so we can explore available options together.
Because our experiences involve artisan partners, seasonal products, rotating menus and third-party venues, certain accommodations may not always be possible.
Our goal is always to create the best experience possible for every guest, though some requests may be limited by the nature of the experience itself.
8. Physical Participation Requirements
Certain experiences involve moderate walking and standing periods throughout Paris.
Comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are strongly recommended.
ChefWEchef experiences operate in all weather conditions, including rain, and guests are encouraged to come prepared accordingly.
Only exceptional circumstances affecting safety or making an experience impossible to operate may lead to modifications, postponements or cancellations at ChefWEchef’s discretion.
9. Age Requirements & Alcohol
The minimum age requirement for public experiences is 13 years old.
Participants aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a participating adult also registered for the experience.
We are happy to welcome children under the age of 13 in our private experiences.
Alcohol consumption is limited to guests meeting the legal drinking age requirements in France.
10. Language
Public experiences are conducted in English.
Private experiences may occasionally be available in other languages upon request.
11. Registered Participants Only
Only registered participants may attend experiences.
Observers and non-participating guests cannot be accommodated.
12. Participant Conduct
Chef We Chef reserves the right to remove disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate participants without refund.
14. Photography & Media
Guests are welcome to take photographs.
Chef We Chef may occasionally capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.
Guests wishing not to appear should notify us before the experience begins.
15. Intellectual Property
All Chef We Chef recipes, content, photographs, branding, graphics and materials remain the intellectual property of Chef We Chef.
No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
16. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during bookings or purchases is processed according to the Chef We Chef Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
