Discover Paris through a refined culinary experience combining tastings, ingredient sourcing, and a hands-on cooking workshop, led by a professional chef in the heart of Les Halles district. Your experience begins with approximately one hour of exploration through the neighborhood, where you’ll enjoy a series of tastings along the way. As you walk between carefully selected artisans and specialty shops, you’ll discover high-quality French products while selecting ingredients that will be used during the cooking workshop. This first part of the experience blends tasting and sourcing, offering a true insight into how a chef approaches products, seasonality, and flavor building. The experience then continues in an intimate culinary atelier set within a historic 13th-century vaulted space inside a local artisan wine shop. During this hands-on cooking session you will prepare a complete menu including a refined starter, main course, cheese plate and dessert inspired by contemporary French gastronomy. Rather than focusing on traditional home-style recipes, you’ll actively participate in every stage of the process, from preparation to plating, learning how to transform carefully sourced ingredients into elegant compositions. The final hour of the experience is dedicated to tasting your creations, accompanied by a wine pairing designed to enhance each dish. This moment allows you to fully enjoy the balance of flavors, textures, and presentation in a relaxed and convivial setting.
