You’ll then move to a hidden culinary atelier above a local artisan cheese shop for a hands on cooking class where you'll prepare a complete menu including a refined starter, main course, cheese plate and dessert inspired by contemporary French gastronomy. Throughout the session, you'll actively participate in every stage of the process, from preparation and cooking to Elegant plating, while learning professional techniques, practical tips, and the culinary philosophy behind each creation.
